High quality soup produced in Japan
We can export our high-quality Japanese-made soup anywhere in the world. Our soup factory is adjacent to pig farms and chicken farms, so we can make the high-quality soup using fresh ingredients every day. The founder visited ramen restaurants all over Japan and finally created this masterpiece by combining the distinctive flavors of each region. Our brand "Bari-Uma" has 42 stores in Japan and is very popular in every region. Since opening our restaurant in Singapore 10 years ago, we have been successful in many countries as well. The key to its success is that the soup can be stored at room temperature for one year, so there is no need to worry about running out of stock, and transportation cost is low, resulting in excellent cost performance. Furthermore, since there is no need to cook soup at the store, not only ensuring stable quality but also significantly reducing labor and utility costs, and it is possible to maintain a sanitary kitchen.

Inimitable original noodle
The taste of ramen depends on the noodle, as well as the soup. Our noodle is made by ourselves using the Noodle Making Machine installed in the store. Your staff will be able to make the highest quality noodles with just 3 days of training. Our ramen chef carefully select flour that is distributed in the area where you open your restaurant, and create original recipes only for you taking into consideration the local water quality. Therefore, competitors can never copy to make our original noodle. In area where labor cost is high, profitability can be significantly improved by opening multiple stores, installing a central kitchen, and delivering noodles to each store.
-
Flexible and speedy support
When your restaurant opens, our Japanese ramen chefs will stay for two weeks for training and support, enabling you to provide authentic Japanese quality ramen and service to your customers. This gives the impression that your restaurant is a Japanese brand. Even after opening, we will periodically dispatch our supervisor from Japan to advice a quality stability and profitability. Once you have selected a manager from your team who can be entrusted with your business, we recommend sending the manager for training in Japan. The training cost will be borne by the franchisor.
Since opening our restaurant in Singapore 10 years ago, we have developed over 100 menus depending on the country in which we open our store. Our franchisees can refer to recipes that have been popular in other countries in the past. We can also create original menus for you, together with our product development team.
In addition, we do have experience in developing more than 200 stores in Japan and overseas, and are able to design stores of various sizes and locations, such as stand-alone on the street, in shopping malls, in food courts, and in airports.
We also propose that a top management meeting be held once every three months. It can be maximizing business potential by making quick and timely decisions.
